AcroYoga Fusion Workshop with Lauren & Jules

Sign up for 3 hours of glorious AcroYoga, exploring the dance between strength and softness in your acrobatic solar practice, as well as in Lunar elements like Therapeutic flying and Thai Massage.

Springtime is perfect to delve a little deeper into your practice. Our workshop will feature games, techniques, strength training, and Yoga. We will look at both Lunar & Solar sequencing and transitions, building heat in our bodies through Solar, and finding moments of calm exploring the art of Therapeutic flying (yes massage in the air will happen) as well as Thai massage. This workshop will help you reconnect with yourself as well as the ever growing Acro community.
