Transforming Yoga Practice

Accepting means you allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling at that moment. It is part of the isness of the Now. You can’t argue with what is. Well, you can, but if you do, you suffer. (E. Tolle)

December 2014: I practice Yoga for more than a half year by myself now. Before I started doing Yoga I honestly thought that a Yoga class could be no big deal. I mean I am used to train every day. But believe me Yoga is so much more than a workout or a training which you just can do. For me it is more like a transformation and connection between body, mind and spirit. In the beginning I had a lot of experiences where I felt down or my body was tied up. I was unable to relax my mind and letting things go. The more I dive into the totality of a Yoga practice the more I could follow the spiritual flow.
After my progress and development I felt a deep desire to practice together with people and to exchange myself with other participants. We got a good tip from a friend to a wonderful place in our neighborhood: <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Vedayoga.
The community welcomed us with an open heart and all the classes we tried so far were wonderful guided. After stepping in this great space you definitely feel like reborn if you go back into the outside world. You can let go of all the things that no longer serving you. You just can reconnect yourself with your unique wholeness of body, mind and spirit. There is no more to say than that I just love this place. NAMASTE
