Acro E-Motion Yoga Retreat 10-17th of October

We are happy and excited to announce the second edition of our Acro E-Motion Retreat.

We are bringing incredible offerings to this edition and co-create a magic event.

The intent is to experience beauty and awareness together through the gifts that every single one of us brings.

We will do Acro (from beginner to advanced), Handbalancing, Acting, Yoga, dancing, singing, emotional healing, and much more.

In the specific we´ll do things like:
– trio washing machines
– same size basing
– hand to hand (L-Basing and Standing)
– Pops (basic and intermediate)
– handstands (pressing, one arm progressions)
– injury and pain treatment
– building the invincible body (strong, flexible, skilled and pain free)
– yin yang yoga flows
– acting classes
– emotional management
– removing self-imposed limits
– journey to the Aeolian Islands
– ice cream night
– pizza night
– performance night
– moonlight dance night
– vegetarian grill night
– local wine tasting night
