Centauryoga – Yoga for Riders
Yoga for Riders is a really special project for me this year. As we try to create union within ourselves to strengthen the relationship to our horse. Speaking of the integration of body, mind and soul, we are raising awareness by doing yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.
As we establish the strong connection with ourselves we are able to learn about our strenghts, chances and boundaries. To see my students attune into that space and opening to the possibility of expanding their whole being in liasion with their horses. One of my teachers told once: ‘When we are able to remove our blockages fully, we can be more open and receptive for the whole.’ To feel the flow moving through us in sychronicity with our breathing creates a magic atmosphere.
Working on special areas like hip rotation and spine flexibility brings for me as a teacher a special focus into the postures. I started to play a lot with the postures to find the most effective adjustments customized for the special needs of riders.
<div class=”et_pb_text et_pb_module et_pb_bg_layout_dark et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_text_1″ style=”text-align: right;”> I love sharing yoga with the world in so many different forms. The unique expression is our unique art to share awareness, being and union. No matter which forms we paint the final good is art. One of the magic moments in yoga is the vibration of body, mind and soul all together. As my mantra ‘free yourself’ means that we are able to reconnect with ourselves from this place of liberty. <p style=”text-align: right;”>When I think of my childhood I loved being with horses. These wild animals represented the spirit of freedom. Many of my students described their moments of riding with no-mind. Pure aliveness in the present moment. We can always learn from differnt perspectives.</p> </div>
<div class=”et_pb_text et_pb_module et_pb_bg_layout_dark et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_text_1″> At the end it doesen’t matter if you start doing yoga because you want to strengthen a relationship, like with your horse, or if you just do it for yourself. You nourish the whole because yoga works holistic. </div> <img class=”emoji” draggable=”false” src=”https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/twemoji/2/svg/2764.svg” alt=”❤️” /> <strong>Namaste</strong>
