<ul> <li>1 TSP Matcha Powder</li> <li>2 Dates</li> <li>5 TSP Oats</li> <li>1 TSP Hemp Seeds</li> <li>1 Cup Coconut Milk</li> </ul>

I used <strong>blueberries</strong> as a topping and enjoyed my breakfast to the fullest out of the jar. Have a wonderful start in your weekend, reconnect with nature and most important with yourself.
