Foodcreation – Raw Spirulina Energy Bites

My latest super food discovery is spirulina. Thanks to Ralph Smart that he mentioned it in his wonderful videos. His <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Youtube Channel is always inspiring. After a long run through health stores I found a spirulina power mix at <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Co-opportunity in Santa Monica. I love this store anyway but this time I was really suprised how fast they reacted to their consumer needs. My basis of this foodcreation is from that store, too, because they sell Spirulina Energy Bites.

Ingredients:

10 Dates

1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Spirulina Power Mix

1 tbsp Oats

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

2 tbsp Nuts (I used Cashews, Almonds and Walnuts)

2 tbsp Cacao Maca Powder

Pinch of Himalayan Salt

1 tsp water

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix it up, strike it into a container and put it for a few hours in the fridge. After that you can easily cut it into pieces.

Perfect energy kick after a yoga class and all the other Yogis were happy to share them with me. And one minute later they were gone! Namaste
