AcroYoga & Handstand Workshop with Jules & Lauren!

After the success of teaching together last year we’re thrilled to be presenting an AcroYoga & Handstand Workshop focused on improving your handstand and then adding it into an Acro flow!

The workshop will feature handstands techniques, partner exercises, an AcroYoga flow as well as some Thai massage rehab for the body. We will work towards a fun flow, in a safe and accessible way, working in teams of 3, rotating as base, flyer and spotter.

You will get the most out of this workshop if you already have a handstand practice. You don’t need to be able to hold a handstand without a spotter or a wall, but you do need to feel stable with your own weight on your hands. As always, there are adjustments we can give to make the flow easier or harder depending on the level of the room.

Come and join a fun filled Saturday full of inversions, laughter and lifting! No partner needed!

The workshop will be taught in English but Jules can translate any questions.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS

Jules is home-based in Berlin but also teaching and exploring the world with AcroYoga, Yoga and Thai Massage. Her life was always driven by movement and dynamics, guided by intuition.

Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for AcroYoga. She is also a RYT300 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly yoga and AcroYoga classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK and Europe, and constantly updates her experience at European Acrobatic conventions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of €10.
No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date.
