<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>Especially after teaching or doing AcroYoga you need to feed the monkey’s <strong>good</strong> and <strong>healthy food</strong>. That’s why I made my favorite <strong>vegan</strong> and <strong>gluten-free</strong> <strong>banana bread</strong> today. </span></p>

Ingredients:

<ul> <li><span class=”s2″>3 ripe bananas</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>½ tsp pure vanilla extract</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>1 flaxseed egg or any other egg replacer</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>3 Tbsp Coconut Oil</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>3 Tbsp Coconut Joghurt</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>½ cup coconut sugar</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>3 Tbsp agave syrup</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>3 tsp GF baking powder</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>1 ¼ cup gluten-free flour blend</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>1 ¼ cup gluten-free oats</span></li> <li><span class=”s2″>½ cup coconut flour</span></li> </ul>

<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>Preheat the oven – 350 F/ 175 C</span></p> <p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>I like to mix it all together. So I just mash the bananas in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Don’t forget to taste a little of the dough before you put it into the baking pan ;)</span></p> <p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>Baking time 60 minutes. </span></p>

<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>I love to serve, when still a little warm and with <strong>chocolate</strong>, <strong>peanut</strong> or <strong>sesame</strong> <strong>spread</strong>.</span></p> <p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>Enjoy and give the monkey’s sugar</span></p> <p class=”p4″><span class=”s1″>Inspired by <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”><strong><a href=”http://minimalistbaker.com/one-bowl-gluten-free-banana-bread/” target=”_blank”>minimalistbaker</a></strong></span></span></p> <img class=”emoji” draggable=”false” src=”https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/twemoji/2/svg/2764.svg” alt=”❤️” /> <strong>Namaste</strong>
